Our second fitting of the year saw us install a 3m x 4m Flat Top Imperial Gazebo, complete with upgraded 200mm solid posts and a full guttering package.
As with all WoodMines structures, the roof frame had already been fully assembled in our workshop prior to delivery. Every element is aligned, checked and numbered before being carefully de-assembled into a clearly labelled kit. This preparation allows us to work efficiently on site and ensures everything goes back together exactly as intended.
On this installation, we built the main frame at ground level before winching it into position. Where space allows, we prefer to complete as much of the roofing as possible while the structure is safely on the ground. Due to limited access down the sides on this particular site, we part-shingled the roof first, then carefully lifted the structure and completed the remaining shingling once in place.
This flexible but methodical approach allows us to adapt to different site conditions while maintaining the same structural integrity and finish.
Our aim is always to complete installations within a single day where possible. Years of refining our process & combined with our thorough pre-build system-enables us to work efficiently without compromising on quality.
The upgraded 200mm posts work really well on this gazebo size, complementing the clean lines of the Flat Top Imperial design, which remains under 2.5m overall height while maintaining traditional hipped sides and our signature flat EPDM centre.
Another structure completed, and another outdoor space ready to be enjoyed!
