Gazebo Installation 2.9m x 3.9m Flat Roof Imperial (Under 2.5m Height)
This project was a 2.9m x 3.9m Flat Roof Imperial Gazebo (external post dimensions), designed to remain under 2.5m overall height while still maintaining the classic gazebo appearance.
Our Flat Roof Imperial design features a central flat roof section finished with an EPDM rubber roof kit, which forms the top box of the structure. This allows the gazebo to stay within height restrictions while still keeping the traditional hipped roof style around the sides.
Solid Roof Construction
The roof was finished with grey pro-grade shingles installed over 20mm thick tongue and groove boarding, creating a strong and traditional roof structure. We use C24 construction grade timber in the roof frame.
We also include a timber plate protecting the rafter ends, giving the roof a cleaner finish, while helping to protect the structure long term.
We always use thick pro-grade shingles, rather than the thinner economy versions, giving the roof long lasting protection and a premium finish.
Strong Frame Construction
The structure included our upgraded 200mm thick posts, cut to a 2m head height, along with 195mm curved braces which add both strength and visual detail to the frame.
For the rear wall, the gazebo was fitted with full height tongue and groove boarding, along with a custom timber shelf which was painted black, creating a useful feature within the structure. PVC Panel Entrance
The entrance side of the gazebo was fitted with a dark grey PVC panel with a clear window section and zipped door, allowing easy access while still providing protection from the weather when needed.
This type of setup allows the space to remain sheltered while still letting in plenty of natural light.
Workshop Built & Test Fitted
Like all of our gazebos, the structure was built and test fitted in our workshop before installation. This allows us to check all joints, roof alignment and overall fit before delivery, helping to ensure a smooth installation on site.
DIY Gazebo Kits Available Nationwide
While we do offer local installation, all of our gazebos are also available as pre-built DIY kits delivered nationwide.
Each roof frame is built in our workshop, numbered and test fitted before being dismantled and prepared for delivery. This ensures the structure goes back together accurately on site and allows many customers to install the gazebo themselves or use their own local contractor.
