3.3m x 4.8m Flat Top Imperial Gazebo Installation

We recently completed the installation of a 3.3m x 4.8m Flat Top Imperial Gazebo (external post dimensions), one of our own WoodMines designs developed to maintain the traditional gazebo appearance while keeping the overall structure under 2.5m in height.

This particular build featured six upgraded 200mm thick posts, cut to a 2m head height, along with curved braces (195mm) and our Pro-grade shingles. The structure also included a one-piece flat rubber roof kit, providing a clean central roof section while retaining the classic hipped gazebo style around the edges.

For this project we also supplied and fitted full-height, heavy-duty gazebo wall panels, which are far more substantial than the lightweight economy panels often seen elsewhere. These panels create a solid, enclosed feel and are designed to complement the strength of the overall structure.

The customer opted for custom PVC panels, which we supplied and installed as part of the project. We also cut a bespoke flue opening within the structure to accommodate their wood-burning stove. 

Once everything is fully set up inside, this will create a fantastic year-round outdoor space!.

DIY Gazebo Kits Available Nationwide

While we do offer local installation, all of our gazebos are also available as pre-built DIY kits.

Each roof frame is fully built in our workshop, numbered and test fitted before being carefully dismantled and prepared for delivery. This ensures the structure goes back together smoothly and accurately on site.

Because of this process, many customers choose to install the structures themselves or use their own local contractors, who often comment on how straightforward the assembly is compared with traditional flat-pack structures.
